Old news to most of you, I'm sure. This is a lecture given by Michael Crichton, the author of Jurassic Park. He seems a little bit angry and, although I don't like that sort of thing on my blog, I feel compelled, in the interest of my fellow Earth Warmers, to provide you with this link. Crichton discusses the current Earth Warming context, in which so-called scientists are attacking global warming. He does not mention what many of us think of while wearing our favorite shorts. (Namely, that warmth is invigorating, that it provides ample opportunity for sports, that plants and animals flourish in it and that people on the beach enjoy it.)
He does however point out the errors of many scientific findings and argues that maybe the "scientists" are actually followers of a coldness cult. Crichton is an interesting example of a learned scientist (M.D. from Harvard if I'm not mistaken) who finds the whole concept of Global Warming absurd.
Well it is tea time! Evidence of Earthfreeze is falling outside my window in the form of snow. Rally your spirts and be upstanding! Don your shorts, and work with me for a warmer friendlier globe.

I agree. I love the whole concept of a warm, cozzy earth! It is so much easier for life to exist without that harsh cold! Who could argue against a thriving eco-system that would exist in such a lush, warm climat. Ask youself the simple question: where do I find more life in Antartic or the Brazillian Rain Forest? Duh this is a no brainer. If you are for life, then you must be pro-warm-climate!
